I take 7 pills a day for my anxiety, bi-polar, and sleep disorders. This has been a daily habit for me for over 7 months. I feel if this continues, I will have serious issues with my liver, and other stomache problems in the future. I feel that smoking cannibus daily, instead of taking my diet of various pills will be much safer for my body and mind. The government would lose money, and I believe that's all that they're concerned about. Money isn't everything, I thought this was a government ran by it's people, not ran by money. Let's stop paying ridiculous to senators, representatives, and the other people who are suppose to represent us. Our state, and national representatives should act and work on what the american people really want, not tell us how to think and act. If our foundig fathers were still alive, they would be ashamed of what America has become. I thought this was a democracy??? I'm a proud smoker of marijuana. I believe in freedom, even if the government doesn't.

Lets keep pot from 10 year old kids... If we legalize pot it will shut down the dreaded black market that the goverment supports by arresting people and charging tax payers for thier stay in jail. The kid can't buy pot from the gas station because the store will lose there license.(hard to get and easy to lose) The medical and oil and gas is paying the goverment not to legalize pot because it will kill thier profit, this is who we need to attack not the goverment...

Plenty of people front weed to other people and sometimes dont get paid back which begins a problem.It can be a hundred dollars worth sometimes which they owe some else as well.Basically what I'm saying is when its underground it has no control.Its one person's trust over another.We can fix this.Legalize it and there will be less crimes. Much less money spent on prison.Much less people fighting against each other.That just seems to make sense.Check out the crime rate of Amsterdam.The normal people there dont even hardly know what meth is!So, what's that tell you.Support the legalization of marijuana!

Restrictions should not be placed on private and personal use of plants of any kind in any country which calls itself "free." Alcohol and Tobacco kill countless people each year, yet remain completely legal. Marijuana, according to Surgeon General's studies, has killed no one. Zero (0). It should not only be legalized for medical use, but for recreational use as well. Also, it is a waste of our tax dollars to continue enforcing the "war on drugs." Marijuana Should be Legal!!!

One day about 4 years ago i had just gotten done gettin fried. I headed over to my boy Jonny's. He was actin really down and depressed. Eventually he started to tell me how he cant stand life. He said either he had to do something diff in his life or he was goin to end it. I couldnt believe what i was hearing. So i pulled out rolling papers and some Grand Daddy Purp and rolled a joint. He told me that he couldnt smoke green cause it was illegal. I said what did it matter either he could try it or end it all, he had nothin to lose, so we smoked. Now Jonny is at Harvard workin on his law degree livin a happy life. He gets straight A's and is the one the biggest ladies man ive ever seen. He says that day i saved his life and he never stops thanking me for it. I dont believe that i saved his life, but I do believe that Mary Jane did. By the way i want you all to kno that he is becoming a lawyer to help stoners that are convicted of smokin green and help fight to legalize weed.

This is Meyers here...Ive been smokin green for bout 7 years now. When I was young i was an asshole, i always got in trouble and i was horrible in school...when i started smokin my whole world changed. I was calm all the time, i didnt get into trouble much anymore, i started to understand the world more and more, and I started getting A's nd B's in school. If i hadnt started smokin i wouldnt be the person I am today. Wether weed is legalized or not Im gonna keep smokin im not ever goin to stop. I would rather it be legal so i cant be arrested for it. I truly believe that green should be legalized and I always fight for what i believe in so im backing up the Stoner Army and any stoner willing to fight.

I believe that pot has alot of possitive out looks, my first outlook on pot.We could use this leaf to make paper, such as tolet paper writing paper, it a strong fiber, we should stop cutting down trees and use the hemp leaf, my other outlook it helps out alot of peoples with medical problems and sometimes they need so they can eat, kill there pain. Legalize it please i believe it a good positive thing.

I live in Virginia - One of the last states to legalize marijuana I think!!!
The "task force" came in my house, cut down over 50 beautiful plants. I
was told by someone that came from Amsterdam that one strain was better than
any pot he smoked in California or in Amsterdam. I have been out on bond for
10 months and am schedualed to be sentanced in August. I am looking at 5-30
years in prison. I will be 60 in less than 2 years, so I may be looking at a
life sentance. I have been smoking pot since I was 18, and it has helped me as an epileptic. I was helping a few others that "need" marijuana for medical reasons.
I should have moved to a state where it is legal to help myself and others. Now I will go to prison in Virginia, cost the taxpayers, take up space in a prison system that is overcrowded and may do more time than people in prison for hurting others.
What an unfair country we live in!!! I no longer wonder why other countries dont like America. 37th in healthcare, more people per capita than any country in the world. The Goverment, I believe,wants the people to "just play with your toys", live paycheck to paycheck,and leave the Goverment to the wealthy in power. I was at May Day 1970, protesting the WAR with thousands of others. That is when you could hitch hike to california and back with out any problems. Now nobody will,hitch hike much less pick up someone. Get a job, buy a house, have some money left over, now the kids finishing high school, cant afford to buy a house - but will get a 20% credit card in the mail, that will cost them big time in the long run. Greed is the American Way!!
